Down with Travelocity!
As I have mentioned my mom, stepdad and sister are all coming to New York next week to visit. They booked their tickets through Travelocity, despite my recommending Orbitz. I’ve always used Orbitz and have always had the best customer service experiences if ever I had a problem.
